Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day period. So, if you subscribe, use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be put on hold, and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to use at your convenience in the future.

Theworks provides a high degree of flexibility in requesting designs through Trello. Clients commonly request designs directly within Trello, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even create brief Loom videos (for those who prefer not to write out their briefs). Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's a viable option for your design requests.v

Theworks does not provide services for the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFs, etc.), document design (e.g., medical forms), complex packaging, and extensive print design (e.g., magazines, books).

You have the option to pause your subscription once your current design needs are met, and you can reactivate it when you require more design services. This way, you won't let any remaining subscription time go to waste.
